This place is located in a new building in a great, peaceful neighborhood, and the service is friendly overall.

wonderful and new-fashioned room with a clean bathroom. lovely and awesome staff, satisfactory breakfast with variety of food. marvellous and good location in pratumnak hill district close to the restaurant.

Location just off the beach, restaurants, and shops, restaurants, and Pattaya. Good breakfast with sausage and ham, as for instance, worth to decide on it. Such a great service.

I enjoyed staying in this place as it was peaceful, conveniently located near Thailand and various amenities like restaurants, gyms, shops, and the beach within walking distance, the room I stayed in was clean with a balcony.

The value for money at Unique Regency was excellent, and the room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and a nice city/sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my month-long stay. The rooftop pool and bar, as well as the restaurant on the ground floor, were lovely additions to the experience.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and a better selection of fruits.

The staff here were super friendly! 🌟 We got upgraded to a fancy room with a queen bed and a balcony. Everyone was really nice and polite during our stay.

The location was straight fire, right in the heart of all the action. We were in the perfect spot to hit up the high class spots on Phratamnak Hill, party it up in the nightlife scene, and hit the dope shopping malls and beaches in Pattaya, Dongtan, and Jomtien. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were super chill and helpful. And yo, the rooftop pool was straight up dope, with the sickest sea view. Plus, there was a lit restaurant on the ground floor. it was a sick vacation with the squad!

If there's one thing we could've asked for, it's more lit activities for young party-goers like us. Don't get me wrong, the location was dope, but we could've used more options to turn up and go wild.

our recent stay in pattaya was magical and unique regency truly exceeded our expectations. from the friendly and accommodating staff to the clean and modern rooms, everything was perfect. we especially loved the location, with the big buddha statue just a short walk away. highly recommended for a memorable honeymoon experience.

I stayed at Unique Regency for a test and go and had a great time. The staff were welcoming and polite. The food was very good. The rooftop pool is great for relaxing and offers a good view. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, surprising for the price range. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk along a quiet street. Wi-fi speed was satisfactory.

Located in a peaceful area close to the beach and walking distance to main road for transportation. Rooms are modern and comfortable, daily cleaning impeccable. Helpful, English-speaking staff and great rooftop pool with amazing views.

Although the fitness room lacked weights equipment, a sports bar was being built on site to compensate.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and service. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance of several great restaurants and bars, and just a short taxi ride away from the main attractions. the gym was well-maintained with a good selection of equipment.

the breakfast selection was quite limited and lacked variety.
